What is a Shadow Figure?
Shadow figures, or shadow people, are apparitions that appear as dark, typically human-shaped silhouettes. They often lack discernible features like faces or clothing, presenting simply as a void or shadow. Sightings can be brief, glimpsed out of the corner of the eye, or more sustained, with the figure appearing to move or stand still. While sometimes associated with feelings of unease or dread, not all encounters are perceived as negative. The nature and origin of shadow figures are widely debated within paranormal circles.
